精神科1916例药品不良反应/事件分析

Analysis of 1916 Cases of Psychiatry Adverse Drug Reaction /Events Reporting

摘要: 目的:探讨精神科常用药品不良反应/事件(ADR/ADE)发生的特点与规律,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:对芜湖市第四人民医院2012~2016年收集并上报的ADR/ADE报告1916例,按照性别与年龄、药品种类、累及系统-器官及临床表现、合并用药和转归情况进行统计分析。结果:1916例ADR/ADE报告中,18~30岁青年人较多, 584例(占30.50%);涉及药品29种,以抗精神病类药品引起ADR/ADE最多,报告1665例(占86.90%),ADR/ADE报告中药品奥氮平最多,820例(占49.24%);ADR/ADE累及系统为神经系统较多,701例(占35.67%)。结论:应继续加强精神科ADR/ADE的监测工作,通过对ADR/ADE的分析加强药品合理规范使用,为临床精神科医生用药提供参考。

Abstract: Objective: Exploring the characteristics and general pattern of the psychiatric adverse drug reaction / Events (ADR/ADE) to provide scientific basis for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods: 1916 ADR/ADE cases collected in The 4th People’s Hospital of Wuhu from 2012 to 2016 were analyzed statistically in terms of patients'' gender and age, drug category, involving system-organs, clinical manifestations, drug combination and outcome. Results: Among 1916 cases of ADR/ADE reports, young people aged from 18 to 30 took up the highest proportion, around 584 cases (30.50%); involving 29 kinds of drugs, ADR/ADE caused by antipsychotics were in the first place, accounting for 1665 cases (86.90%), and olanzapine was the most commonly mentioned in reports, around 820 Cases (49.24%); The most involved system of ADR/ADE was nervous system, 701 cases were reported (35.67%). Conclusion: We should continue to strengthen the monitoring work of ADR/ADE, and regulate the rational use of drugs by analyzing ADR/ADE, which can provide references for clinical psychiatrists.
