Abstract: At present， a large number of studies have shown that inflammation and many diseases are linked inextricably. In order to more accurate and rapid screening of anti-inflammatory drugs， clear its anti-inflammatory mechanism， we should first clear the mechanism of inflammation model to ensure the correct understanding of anti-inflammatory evaluation. Based on the length and characteristics of inflammation， the inflammatory model was divided into abnormal reactive inflammation model， acuteinflammation model， subacuteinflammation model and chronic inflammation model. The methods and mechanisms of various inflammatory models were elucidated， so as to select more suitable inflammation model for different pharmacological experiment and offer reference.
