Abstract: Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children. Methods： From October 2016 to October 2017， 120 children with bronchopneumonia were selected to participate in the clinical study. They were divided into two groups， 60 cases in each group， including experimental group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with normal saline plus aminophylline， chymotrypsin atomization inhalation， and the children in the experimental group were treated with budesonide combined with terbutaline atomization inhalation on the basis of this treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed and compared. Results： The experimental group was significantly better than the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.05) in the improvement of clinical symptoms and length of stay. Conclusion： Aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with terbutaline can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in the treatment in bronchopneumonia in children，shorten hospital stay. It can achieve significant effect， no serious complications， safe and reliable.
