摘要: 目的:研究不同产地马蹄甲中硒、锑元素的含量,对马蹄甲进行质量评定和控制。方法:采用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定马蹄甲中硒、锑元素的含量。结果:5批马蹄甲中Se含量在1.09~2.75 mg?kg-1范围内,加样回收率为95.5%,RSD为3.2%(n=9);Sb未检出,加样回收率为94.8%,RSD为4.1%(n=9)。结论:马蹄甲中富含硒元素,未受到有害元素锑污染。该方法简单、准确,专属性强,可用于马蹄甲中硒、锑元素的质量控制。

Abstract: Objective: To research Se and Sb elements content of Ma Ti Jia in different places, and to judge and control the quality of Ma Ti Jia.Methods: Use hydride generation atomic fluoresSenSe spectrometry determine the content of Se and Sb in Ma Ti Jia.Results: The 5 batchs of Ma Ti Jia, Se content in the range of 1.09~2.75 mg?kg-1, the average recovery was 95.5%, RSD was 3.2% (n=9). The content of Sb was not detected, the average recovery was 94.8%, RSD was 4.1% (n=9). Conclusion: Ma Ti Jia is rich in Se and is not contaminated by Sb. The method in this paper is simple, accurate and specific. It can be used for the quality control of selenium and antimony elements in Ma Ti Jia.
