Determination of Hesperidin,Liquiritin,Magnolol, Honokiol and Atisine Chloride Atractydin in Xiangshapingwei Pills Capsules by HPLC

摘要: 目的:建立HPLC多波长法测定香砂平胃丸中橙皮苷、厚朴酚、甘草苷、和厚朴酚、苍术素含量的方法。结果:色谱柱为shim-pack VP-ODS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);检测波长:237,294,335 nm;流动相选用乙腈(A)-1%醋酸的水溶液(B)15∶85进行梯度洗脱:0~9 min,15%~40% A,9~16 min,40%~80% A,16~25 min,80%~75% A,25~35 min,75%~80% A。流速:1.0 mL?min-1;柱温40 ℃。结果:甘草苷、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、橙皮苷、苍术素在选择的浓度范围内与峰面积呈现出良好的线性关系。 结论:该方法简单,准确,重现性高,灵敏度好,可应用于香砂平胃丸的质量控制。

Abstract: Objective: HPLC method is established to simultaneous determination of the content for hesperidi liquiritin magnolol honokiol and atisine chloride atractydinby wavelength spectrometry. Methods: The detection wavelength was 237,294,335 nm,The column is Shimadzu VP-ODS (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm). The flow rate was 1.0 mL?min-1, and the column temperature was 40 ℃. Mobile phase A: acetonitrile-water; Mobile phase B: 1% acetic acid water(15∶85),a gradient elution was performed as followed: 0~9 min,15%~40% A,9~16 min,40%~80% A,16~25 min,80%~75% A,25~35 min,75%~80% A. Results: Hesperidin,liquiritin,magnolol,honokiol,atisinechloride atractydin showed good linearity over the tested ranges. Conclusion: The method for the quality control of Xiangshapingwei Pills is simple, accurate, and applicable
