丙戊酸钠血药浓度监测结果分析

摘要: 目的:对丙戊酸钠血药浓度监测结果影响因素进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,收集某三甲医院2017年1-11月85例丙戊酸钠血药浓度监测结果,采用SPSS 20.0统计软件分析血药浓度分布及性别、年龄、剂型、合并用药等因素对丙戊酸钠血药浓度的影响。结果:血药浓度小于50 μg·mL-142例(49.41%),在有效药物浓度范围(50~100 μg·mL-1)为41例(48.24%),结果大于100 μg·mL-1 2例(2.35%)。本次调研中患者性别、年龄、丙戊酸钠剂型及合并用药对血药浓度的影响均无统计学意义,患者日剂量与血药浓度表现出个体差异,但无剂量和血药浓度相关性。结论:患者体内丙戊酸钠血药浓度存在个体差异,在应用丙戊酸钠进行治疗时,应根据患者临床表现、血药浓度监测结果及时调整剂量,实施个体化给药, 提高药物疗效, 确保临床用药安全。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the results of the concentration of sodium valproic acid, in order to provide a basis for clinical and clinical medication. Methods: Retrospectively analyzed on 85 cases of valproate blood drug concentration monitoring results from January to November 2017, using SPSS 20.0 statistical software analysis of blood drug concentration distribution and gender, age, dosage forms, drug combination for the effects of valproate blood drug concentration. Rusults: Statistical analysis of monitoring results, the blood concentrations less than 50 μg·mL-142 cases (49.41%), the effective drug concentration range (50 to 100 μg·mL-1) in 41 cases (48.24%), the result is more than 100 μg·mL-1 in 2 cases (2.35%). Patients in the study of gender, age, valproate formulations and drug combination of blood drug concentration had no statistical significance, the influence of patients daily dose and blood drug concentration showed individual differences. Conclusion Patient blood concentrations of valproic acid sodium with dose exist individual differences, on the application of valproate treatment of epilepsy, should according to patients with clinical manifestations, blood drug concentration monitoring results in a timely manner to adjust doses, implement individualized dosage, improve drug efficacy, to ensure clinical medication safety.
