Abstract: A Study on Clinical Observation of Angelicae Pubescentis and loranhti Decoction in the Treatment of Osteoarthritis and its Pharmacological Mechanism_{#$NLSun Hao, Beijing Fengsheng Special Hospital of Traditional Medical Traumatology and Orthopaedics (Beijing, 100031)#$NLWang Xia, Yao Qiuhong, Dongzhimen Hospital Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, (Beijing, 100031)#$NL: Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of angelicae pubescentis and loranhti decoction in the treatment of osteoarthritis and its pharmacological mechanism. Methods: 86 patients with the osteoarthritis treated in this hospital from December 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the subjects and they were randomly divided into two groups using the double blind method. 43 patients in the control group were given the oral administration of celecoxib capsule, 200mg at a time and once a day; 43 patients in the observation group were given the treatment of angelicae pubescentis and loranhti decoction, 300ml of medicine soup twice a day in the morning and in the evening and 150ml at a time. Patients in two groups were given the continuous treatment for 1 month. The clinical effect and the change in TCM syndrome score of patients in two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%, which was higher than 72.09% of the control one, with the significant difference (P<0.05); the TCM syndrome score of the observation group after the treatment was significantly lower than the one of the control group, with the significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Angelicae pubescentis and loranhti Decoction has the significant clinical effect in the treatment of osteoarthritis and patients’ joint function can be recovered well, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.#$NLKeywords: Angelicae Pubescentis and loranhti Decoction; Osteoarthritis; Pharmacological Mechanism; Celecoxib}
