妊娠早期妇女叶酸补充的合理性分析

Folic Acid Supplementation Rationality Analysis for Early Pregnant Woman

摘要: 目的:探讨分析妊娠早期妇女叶酸补充合理性问题。方法:选取2017年7—10月在我院接受叶酸基因检测的妊娠早期妇女,调查检测前服用叶酸情况,运用TL 998A荧光检测仪检测MTHFR C677T基因型,比较不同基因型妊娠早期妇女叶酸补充的合理性。结果:632名妊娠早期妇女叶酸服用率为84.2%,≥35岁的妊娠妇女服用率较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MTHFR C677T基因突变率为61.4%,妊娠早期妇女叶酸补充合理性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠早期妇女叶酸服用率较高、合理补充叶酸可减少妊娠不良结局。我院妊娠早期妇女MTHFR C677T基因突变率较高,服用叶酸前行叶酸基因检测可指导叶酸个体化补充,有效降低新生儿出生缺陷率。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the rationality of folic acid supplementation. Methods: In total of 632 early pregnant women who received gene testing in our hospital were recruited from July 2017 to October 2017,investigating the use of folic acid before genetic testing. Detection of MTHFR C677T genotype using TL 998A fluorescence detector, Rationality of folate supplementation in different genotypes pregnant women. Results: Folic acid intake rate of 632 early pregnancy women was 84.2%,pregnant women over 35 years old take lower folic acid rate, there are statistical differences between different age groups(P<0.05).MTHFR C677T gene mutation rate was 61.4%. There is a statistically significant difference in the rationality of folic acid supplementation inearly pregnancy women(P<0.05). Conclusion: Reasonable supplementation of folic acid can reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes, the MTHFR C677T gene mutation rate is higher in early pregnant women. Folic acid gene testing before taking folic acid can guide individualized folic acidsupplementation, Effectively reduce neonatal birth defects.
