摘要: 目的:建立田七痛经胶囊中小茴香的含量测定方法。方法:经乙酸乙酯提取后,采用气相色谱法测定田七痛经胶囊中小茴香的含量。结果:小茴香在0.001~0.1 mg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.3%,RSD为1.8%(n=6)。结论:本方法重复性好,可用于田七痛经胶囊中小茴香的含量测定,但还需进一步制定合理的含量限度以进行质量控制。

Abstract: Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of cumin in Tianqitongjing capsules. Methods: Determinate the content of cumin in Tianqitongjing Capsules by gas chromatography after extraction with ethyl acetate. Results: The fennel has a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.001 to 0.1 mg·mL-1. The average sample recovery rate was 97.3%and RSD was 1.8% (n=6). Conclusion: The method has good reproducibility and can be used for the content of cumin in Tianqitongjing capsules, but further reasonable content limit is needed to carry out quality control.
