摘要: 目的:探索鲜竹沥中抑菌剂的合理加入量。方法:对鲜竹沥中抑菌剂苯甲酸钠( 0.05% 、0.1%、0.2%、0.25%、0.3% ) 的抑菌效果进行考察,筛选出抑菌剂的合理加入量。选择有代表性的微生物加入供试品中进行抑菌效力试验,测试微生物在不同时间段的存活情况。结果:0.2%苯甲酸钠对铜绿假单胞菌等5 种代表试验菌均有良好的抑制作用,为最低有效剂量。结论:0.2%以上苯甲酸钠(以酸计)可作为鲜竹沥的抑菌剂,且抑菌效力安全有效。
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the optimal concentration of antimicrobial preservative that are added tosuccusbambusae.Methods:The antimicrobial effectiveness of Sodium Benzoateat different ratio were evaluated. The concentration of testmicroorganisms were inoculated,after which the survival rate were estimated in different times. Results:The growth of test microorganisms are inhibited effectively by possess of 0.2% sodium benzoate which is also the minimum effective dosage. Conclusion:0.2% sodium benzoate can be used as antimicrobial preservative for succusbambusaewhich is safe and effective.
