不同提取方法白益母草挥发性成分的比较

摘要: 目的:比较白益母草挥发性成分不同提取方法的差异。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏提取、超声辅助石油醚提取和超临界CO2萃取三种提取方法制得白益母草挥发性成分。应用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对白益母草挥发性成分进行分析检测。并通过HPMSD化学工作站检索NIST107标准质谱图库,并结合有关文献进行谱图解析,确认白益母草挥发性化学成分,采用峰面积归一化法计算各化学成分的相对含量。结果:3种挥发性成分提取方法中,水蒸气蒸馏法(-)-4-萜品醇的相对含量最高为19.53%,超声辅助石油醚提取中二乙基苯-1,2-二羧酸酯的相对含量最高为12.28%,超临界CO2萃取法石竹烯氧化物的相对含量最高为35.33%。结论:3种提取工艺中,水蒸气蒸馏法提取的挥发性成分的种类及活性成分的相对含量较好。

Abstract: Objective: To compare the similarities and differences of the volatile components of Panzeria alaschanica. Methods: Volatile components were extracted by steam distillation, ultrasonic assisted extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to analyze the components of volatile oil of Panzeria alaschanica. The NIST107 standard mass spectrometer library was searched by HPMSD Chem Station, and the chemical analysis of the volatile components of Panzeria alaschanica was confirmed by spectral analysis. The relative content of each chemical component was calculated by peak area normalization method. Results: In the three extraction ways, the relative content of (-)-4-terpineol in steam distillation is the highest at 19.53%, and the relative content of diethylbenzene-1,2-dicarboxylate in ultrasonic assisted extraction is the highest at 12.28%, and the relative content of caryophyllene oxide in supercritical CO2 extraction is up to 35.33%. Conclusion: Among the three extraction processes, the type of volatile components extracted by steam distillation and the content of active ingredients are good.
