Abstract: Objective:To investigate the bacteriostatic and antiviral effects of Xiaoer Feire Kechuan Particles. Methods:In vivo antiviral test and in vivo and in vitro bacteriostatic test were used to investigate the effect of drugs. Results:After 7 days of continuous administration, Xiaoer Feire Kechuan Particles 7.0 and 14.0g raw drug·kg-1 dose group had obvious protective effect on influenza A/PR8/34 virus and influenza B virus infection, showing obvious antiviral effect; In vitro bacteriostatic test showed that:Xiaoer Feire Kechuan Particles to the above standard, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, bacillus subtilis, e. coli clinical isolated, pneumonic diplococcus, staphylococcus aureus, onion false single spore bacilli, epidermis staphylococcus aureus, generation all have certain bacteriostatic action, bacteriostasis circle range (10.5~14.5) mm; In vivo bacteriostatic test, continuous administration for 7 days, the mice infected with staphylococcus aureus and pneumococci had obvious protective effect, showing obvious antibacterial effect. Conclusion:Xiaoer Feire Kechuan Particles have obvious antibacterial and antiviral effects.
