摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：通过对苦碟子注射液临床应用数据进行分析，探讨其使用规律和可能存在的风险，为苦碟子注射液的合理应用提供参考。方法：选取医院信息系统(HIS)中使用苦碟子注射液的病历，采用基本数据描述方法及关联规则对患者一般信息、临床诊断、医嘱情况进行统计分析。结果：用药患者平均年龄为68.65岁，主要就诊心内科、神经内科、急诊科；临床上主要用于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、不稳定性心绞痛、脑梗死的治疗；单次用药剂量集中在40mL，占94.20%；用药疗程平均7.42d；临床使用多与抗血小板药物、质子泵抑制剂、血管舒张药等合用。结论：苦碟子注射液主要应用于老年患者，临床存在较严重的超说明书使用，临床医生应对患者的获益与风险进行及时评估，规范其合理使用。

Abstract: Objective：Through the analysis of the clinical application of Kudiezi injection， the rules of its use and possible risks were discussed to provide reference for the rational application of Kudiezi injection. Methods：Choose the medical records of Kudiezi injection used in Hospital Information System (HIS). Use basic data description method and association rules to analyze the general information， clinical diagnosis and doctor′s advice of patients. Results：The average age of the patients was 68.65 years old， mainly distributed in the Department of cardiology， neurology and emergency observation. They were mainly used in the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease， unstable angina pectoris and cerebral infarction in clinic. The single dose was concentrated in 40 mL， accounting for 94.20%. The average course of treatment was 7.42 days. Most of them were used in clinic with antiplatelet drugs， proton pump inhibitors and vasodilation. Drugs and other combined use.Conclusion：Kudiezi injection is widely used in the elderly， and its treatment of diseases and use methods are more serious than the instructions. Clinicians should timely assess the benefits and risks of patients and standardize its rational use.
