摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：系统评价炎琥宁与利巴韦林治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法：通过检索CNKI、VIP和万方数据等数据库，收集炎琥宁与利巴韦林治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的随机对照实验（RCT）。检索时间为建库至2019年5月。两位研究员根据纳入排除标准对文献进行筛选，确定最终文献并提取数据。利用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果：研究最终纳入12个临床对照试验，共2 161例患者。结果显示，炎琥宁在总有效率[OR=5.74，95%CI(4.18，7.86)]、退热时间[MD=-1.46，95%CI(-1.69，-1.24)，P<0.000 01]、止咳时间[MD=-1.16，95%CI(-1.34，-0.98)，P<0.000 01]、咽部充血消失时间[MD=-1.79，95%CI(-2.11，-1.47)，P<0.000 01]、鼻塞流涕消失时间[MD=1.20，95%CI(-1.45，-0.95)，P<0.000 01]方面优于对照组。结论：炎琥宁在治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的疗效方面优于利巴韦林。

Abstract: Objective：To systematically evaluate the clinical effects of Yanhuning and ribavirin in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children. Methods：A randomized controlled trial (RCT) of Yanhuning and ribavirin in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children was collected by searching databases such as CNKI， VIP and WanFang Data. The search time was established until now. Two researchers used the screening criteria to exclude the literature according to the standard of the row， and determined that the final literature was included in the data extraction. Meta analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results：The study finally included 12 clinical RCTs with a total of 2 161 patients. The results showed that Yanhuning was in total effective rate [OR=5.74，95% CI (4.18，7.86)]， antipyretic time [MD=-1.46，95% CI (-1.69，-1.24)，P<0.000 01]，coughing time [MD=-1.16， 95% CI (-1.34，-0.98)，P<0.000 01]， pharyngeal congestion disappearance time [MD=-1.79，95% CI (-2.11， -1.47)， P<0.000 01]， the nasal obstruction disappearance time [MD=1.20，95% CI (-1.45，-0.95)， P<0.000 01] is superior to the control group. Conclusion：Yanhuning is superior to ribavirin in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children.
