基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace的中药枳壳研究动态及前沿可视化分析

Visualized Analysis of Research Trends and Frontiers of Aurantii Fructus Based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace

摘要: 目的:通过文献计量学方法,系统梳理枳壳(aurantii fructus)的研究现状,分析其未来研究趋势和热点。方法:利用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件,对中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)数据库中1992年至2025年的中英文文献进行筛选和分析,结合统计学方法对文献的年发文量、作者、机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果:共筛选出1 012篇文献(中文824篇,英文188篇)。中文文献发文量在2006年达到峰值,英文文献在2024年达到峰值,其研究热点从早期的化学成分分析逐渐转向药理机制和临床应用。结论:枳壳的研究从化学成分分析逐步扩展到药理机制和临床应用,未来研究将更加注重网络药理学和分子机制探索,为其在传统中药和现代医学中的应用提供科学依据。

Abstract: Objective: To systematically review the research status of Aurantii Fructus and analyze its future research trends and hotspots using bibliometric methods. Methods: CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were utilized to screen and analyze Chinese and English literature from 1992 to 2025 in the CNKI and Web of Science (WOS) databases. Statistical methods were applied to visualized analyze annual publication volume, authors, institutions, and keywords. Results: A total of 1 012 articles were screened out (824 in Chinese and 188 in English). The number of published Chinese literature peaked in 2006, while English literature reached its peak in 2024. Research hotspots have shifted from early chemical composition analysis to pharmacological mechanisms and clinical applications. Conclusion: Research on Aurantii Fructus has evolved from chemical composition analysis to pharmacological mechanisms and clinical applications. Future studies will focus more on network pharmacology and molecular mechanisms, providing a scientific basis for its application in traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine.
