疫苗接种安全问题的产生及其科学应对措施

摘要: 由于一段时间内,我国一些地区连续集中报道了某企业生产的乙肝疫苗免疫接种后的不良反应事件(AEFI),对我国个别地区的乙肝疫苗计划免疫接种工作造成了影响。这体现出疫苗的安全接种问题,已经成为影响我国传染病疫苗接种工作的重要因素。本文回顾了历史上传染病疫苗研发和使用中,疫苗安全问题的产生和影响,以及对其进行科学应对和解决的方法及结果,并从免疫学的基本理论角度,分析了目前AEFI产生的必然性和客观存在性。因此,认真客观和科学分析每一起AEFI产生的确切原因,尤其是免疫学原因,采取必要的免疫学措施,包括免疫学基础理论研究和免疫学技术改造,不断提升疫苗接种的安全性,尽可能减少AEFI的发生,是在技术层面上保障我国传染病疫苗接种工作的安全顺利有效进行的关键环节。

Abstract: Recently, there are a series of reports focused on Adverse Events following Immunization (AEFI) of HBV produced by a certain company, which has already affected the HBV planned immunization in some area, China. It suggests that vaccine safety become an important factor in our country’s planned immunization against infectious diseases. The reasons and solutions of the problems in vaccine safety in the history of vaccine development were reviewed in this article, in order to show the inevitability and Objective existence of AEFI. In this case, Immunology, including basic theory and techniques, plays a key role in the solution of problems in vaccine safety and to reduce the incidence of AEFI to ensure our country’s planned immunization being in progress and safely.
