摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的比较金樱子颗粒剂与金樱子饮片对IgA肾炎模型大鼠是否具有更好的药效。方法：制备金樱子醇提浓缩物颗粒剂，建立实验性IgA肾炎模型大鼠,随机将大鼠分为正常组、模型组、饮片组和颗粒剂组。采用生化分析仪检测IgA肾炎模型大鼠尿蛋白，尿红细胞以及血清白蛋白、尿素氮和肌酐，并做相关肾组织病理显微观察。结果金樱子醇提颗粒剂及饮片均可以降低IgA肾炎大鼠尿蛋白，尿红细胞，并减少因IgA肾炎而升高的大鼠血清尿素氮及肌酐水平，减缓肾小球系膜增生，减少受损组织。结论金樱子醇颗粒剂比金樱子饮片治疗肾炎大鼠具有更好的效果。

Abstract: Objective To compare pharmacological equivalent test on IgA nephropathy in rats Jinyingzi Objective To compare pharmacological equivalent test on IgA nephropathy in rats Jinyingzi alcohol extract granules and herbal.Methods:To preparate Jinyingzi alcohol extract granules, IgA nephropathy model was established, rats were devided into normal group，model group , herbal group and granules group. The levels of Urinary protein，Red blood cells in urine,serum albumin,creatinine and urinary nitrogen were determined by Automatic biochemical analyzer. Renal pathology was observated by optical microscoper. Results The levels of Urinary protein and Red blood cells in urine of IgA nephropathy in rats were decreased,and the number of increased serum urea nitrogen and creatinine of IgA nephropathy in rats were reduced both Jinyingzi alcohol extract granules and herbal,conclusion Fructus rosae laevigatae fructus rosae laevigatae alcohol granules than yinpian treating nephritis rats have better effect.
