北京急救中心院前急救药品应用情况分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：分析北京急救中心2022年院前急救药品使用情况，为院前急救合理用药提供参考。方法：采用限定日剂量（Defined Daily Dose，DDD）法对北京急救中心2022年1~12月院前急救药品应用品种、金额、用药频度进行统计、分析。结果：用药频度最高的前 3 位药是盐酸肾上腺素注射液、醒脑静注射液及盐酸乌拉地尔注射液；治疗费用较高的前 3 位药分别是盐参附注射液、醒脑静注射液及盐酸乌拉地尔注射液。结论：该院院前急救药使用基本合理，其中抗休克血管活性药、抗高血压药在该院急救药品中占主要位置，后续应根据临床使用情况合理采供。

Abstract: Objective： To analyze the usage of pre-hospital emergency drugs in Beijing Emergency Center in 2022， providing reference basis for rational medication in pre-hospital emergency care. Methods： From January 2022 to December 2022，the varieties， sales amount， and frequency of pre-hospital emergency drugs used in Beijing Emergency Center were statistically analyzed using the defined daily dose(DDD) method. Results： The top three drugs with the highest frequency of usage were Epinphrine Hydrochloride Injection， Xingnaojing Injection， and Urapidil Hydrochloride Injection. With the first three highest cost of treatment were Shenfu Injection， Xingnaojing Injection， and Urapidil Hydrochloride Injection. Conclusion： The usage of pre-hospital emergency drugs in the hospital is generally reasonable， with antishock vasoactive drugs， antihypertensive drugs accounting for the majority in the hospital. Subsequent rational procurement and supply should be based on clinical use.
