抗吗啡依赖的专利态势与技术发展研究

摘要:   目的:阿片类药物依赖是全球公共卫生领域的重大挑战,其中吗啡长期使用导致的耐受性及成瘾性严重限制其临床应用。现有抗吗啡依赖药物对躯体戒断症状及精神依赖的缓解效果有限,且复吸率居高不下,亟需通过技术创新与专利布局优化研发新型干预手段。方法:通过在HimmPat数据库中构建检索式,获取1 921项同族专利数据,系统分析了抗吗啡依赖领域的技术发展态势。结果:全球抗吗啡依赖专利申请量于2018年达峰值后呈稳定增长,我国申请量保持稳定增长,反映技术成熟化。美国在此领域的专利申请量(35.71%)在全球占主导地位,我国(13.01%)也展现出良好的创新活力。核心申请人以企业及科研机构为主,凸显产学研协同需求。技术分类聚焦有机化合物类药物(A61K31)和神经系统干预(A61P25/36)。此外,本研究对主要技术方向进行了分类及提出发展建议,涵盖动物模型构建、设备技术应用、药物干预治疗三大方向。结论:本研究为抗吗啡依赖领域的研发策略优化与专利布局提供了参考依据,以期推动相关技术进步和产业发展。未来研究应重点提升动物模型临床相关性、治疗设备精准性和天然药物稳定性,并深化多靶点协同机制等方面的研究。

Abstract: Objective: Opioid dependence represents a major global public health challenge, where the tolerance and addiction induced by prolonged morphine use severely restrict its clinical application. The existing anti-morphine dependence drugs demonstrated limited efficacy in alleviating physical withdrawal symptoms and psychological dependence, with high relapse rates persisting. It is urgent to develop new intervention methods through technological innovation and patent layout optimization. Methods: This study systematically analyzed the technological development trend in the field of anti-morphine dependence by constructing a search strategy within the HimmPat database, retrieving 1 921 patent families records. Results: The number of global patent applications for anti-morphine dependence peaked in 2018 followed by stabilized growth, while Chinese applications maintained steady growth, reflecting technological maturation. The United States dominates global patent coverage (35.71%) in thisfield, with China (13.01%) demonstrating significant innovative potential. Core applicants are primarily enterprises and research institutions, highlighting the need for industry-academia-research collaboration. Technologies concentrate on organic compound-based pharmaceuticals (A61K31) and neurological interventions (A61P25/36). Additionally, this study categorizes the primary technical directions and proposes development recommendations, encompassing three key areas: animal model development, device technology applications, and drug intervention therapy. Conclusion: This study provides valuable insights for optimizing research and development strategies and patent layouts in the field of anti-morphine dependence, thereby facilitating technological advancement and industrial development. Future research and development should focus on improving the clinical relevance of animal models, the precision of equipment treatment, and the stability of natural drug formulations,while deepening investigations into multi-target synergistic mechanisms.
