白花菜子药材质量评价标准的探讨

摘要: 目的:建立白花菜子药材质量标准。方法:对全国不同产地8批白花菜子药材进行了生药学研究;采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对白花菜子有效成分进行定性鉴别,通过总灰分、酸不溶性灰分的检查对其质量进行控制。结果:TLC特征明显,专属性强,总灰分≤8.0%,酸不溶性灰分≤3.5%。结论:建立的质控方法简便易行、重复性好、测定结果真实可靠,可用于白花菜子药材的质量评价。

Abstract: Objective:To establish the quality standards of Seeds of Cleome gynandra L. Methods : A pharmacognostical study on the Seeds of Cleome gynandra L from the eight different regions from our country. TLC method was used to identify the effective component of the seeds of Cleome gynandra L. Through total ash, acid insoluble ash content inspection to control its quality. Results:The TLC characteristics were distinctive, specific. Total ash content ≤8.0%, acid insoluble ash content ≤ 3.5%. Conclusion: The established quality control method is simple and reproducible, the determined results are accurate and reliable, it can be used for the quality evaluation of the seed of Cleome gynandra L.
