Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of amlodipine combined with adrenergic inhibitors and single drug treatment of essential hypertension(EH). Methods: amlodipine, sartan, perindopril, essential hypertension as the theme words, at China How Net, Wan Fang Database and Web of science, searching the related literature collection of amlodipine combined with losartan and perindopril in treatment of EH, using tracing literatures method, using RevMan5.0 special software to analyze the included papers. Results: 7 articles and 977 cases are included, including 472 cases of test group, 459 cases in the control group. In the Meta Analysis of combination effectiveness of amlodipine and sartan drug treatment, OR = 3.81(P＜0.0001), 95%CI[2.04,7.13]; Meta analysis ofcombination effectiveness of amlodipine and perindopril treatment, with the value of OR was 6.64 (P＜0.0001),95%CI[3.48,12.65]. Conclusion: compared with the single use of amlodipine, amlodipine combined with renin angiotensin system inhibitor medication can obviously improve EH treatment effect; The effectiveness of combination of angiotensin II receptor blockers remains to be further explored.
