Abstract: under the government policy support, this paper build the pharmaceutical enterprises to choose different innovation behavior of game model, research shows that the government"s support can reduce the risk and uncertainty of pharmaceutical enterprise innovation, so as to stimulate innovation of pharmaceutical enterprises will, change its innovation behavior. Found increases as the government innovation support, pharmaceutical companies tend to have more choice of independent innovation mode, more conducive to the pharmaceutical industry to realize the transformation and upgrading.
