Abstract: This study reviewed the application of Pharmacoeconomics in decision making process of Expanded Programme on Immunization in the world, and analyzed the research status of Chinese economic evaluations of vaccines, then discussed the necessity of employing Pharmacoeconomic Research in the Decision Making Process of Expanded Programme on Immunization in China and put forward some recommendations.
