摘要： ［摘要］目的：分析我院口服降糖药应用现状和趋势，为临床合理使用口服降糖药提供参考。方法：对2013～2015年我院口服降糖药品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDC)进行回顾性分析。结果：销售金额排序前3位的是：非磺酰脲类促胰岛素分泌剂、α-糖苷酶抑制剂和双胍类；DDDs 排序中，前2位是：磺酰脲类促胰岛素分泌剂和非磺酰脲类促胰岛素分泌剂，2015年二甲双胍上升为第2位；3年中，瑞格列奈、阿卡波糖和二甲双胍位列单品种销售金额前3位；瑞格列奈、二甲双胍和格列齐特位列单品种DDDs前3位；α-糖苷酶抑制剂的DDC最高，格列齐特最低。结论：我院口服降糖药选择基本合理，但选用促胰岛素分泌剂倾向性较大，二甲双胍并无绝对优势，应引起重视。

Abstract: [Abstract]Objective：To provide reference for clinical medication to analysis the application status and trends of oral hypoglycemic agents of our hospital from 2013 to 2015. Methods： Retrospectively analysis the varieties，sales amounts， frequency (DDDs) and average daily cost (DDC)of oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital from 2013 to 2015.Results： Sales amounts ranking the top 3 are： non-sulfonylurea，α-glucosidase inhibitor and biguanide. The former two sorting of DDDs are：sulfonylurea and non-sulfonylurea， metformin rise to the second place in 2015. Repaglinide， acarbose and metformin ranked the top 3 sales amount of single-species in 3 years. The DDDs of single-species ranked the former 3 are repaglinide， metformin and gliclazide. The DDC of α-glucosidase inhibitor is the highest and gliclazide′s is the lowest.Conclusion： Oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital is basically rational used， but we should pay attention to that insulin secretagogue greatly tend to be chosen and metformin has no absolute advantages.
