Abstract: [Abstract]Objective： Nano theory and technology is rapidly developing in the field of medicine & health.The application potential is enormous， but our country is not yet match its regulatory status quo and development.To strengthen the domestic policy-making， the paper reviewed the regulatory definition of nanotechnology， applications， health products and food branch field of the relevant provisions of the health Canada authorities.To be contrast Chinese and Canada medical and health policies in the field of nanotechnology and provide suggestions for China to formulate relevant policies.
