摘要： 目的：通过PDCA循环在病区药品管理中的应用,探讨其在医院药学管理中的应用价值。方法：采用2014年第二季度病区检查情况作为PDCA循环实施前组,2014年第四季度病区检查情况作为PDCA循环实施后组,将两组数据进行统计分析。结果：应用PDCA循环后,病区药品的备用药品基数、效期管理、正确放置、正确贮存合格率由91.4%、59.1%、92.5%、92.5%提高到97.9%、85.0%、98.9%、100%。结论：PDCA循环是一项重要的科学质量管理工具,能有效的提高病区药品管理水平。

Abstract: objective: Through the application of PDCA cycle in the ward drug management, discuss the application value in hospital pharmacy management. Methods: in the first quarter of 2014 data as PDCA circulation groups prior to implementation, in the third quarter of 2014 data as PDCA circulation after the implementation of group, two groups of data for statistical analysis. Results: after the application of PDCA cycle, ward drug spare medicine base, effective management, correctly placed, storage methods and medical identity management qualified rate by91.4%、59.1%、92.5%、92.5%to97.9%、85.0%、98.9%、100%. Conclusion: the quality of the PDCA cycle is an important management tools, effectively improve the drug management level.
