摘要: 天麻素和天麻多糖既是天麻的主要化学成分,也是发挥其药理作用的主要物质基础,在治疗神经系统、心血管系统及免疫系统疾病等方面临床应用广泛,无明显的毒副作用。现拟对天麻素和天麻多糖的药理作用和内在机制作一综述。

Abstract: Gastrodia elata blume and Gastrodia elata polysaccharide are both the main chemical constituents and the main material basis for pharmacological action in Gastrodia elata bl. Gastrodia elata blume and Gastrodia elata polysaccharide have widely used in clinical application with the treatment of nervous system, cardiovascular system and immune system diseases, and have no obvious toxic side effect.This article would have briefly reviewed pharmacological action and inherent mechanism on Gastrodia elata blume and Gastrodia elata polysaccharide.
