摘要/Abstract

摘要： 延龄草属植物在我国有3种,分别为西藏延龄草、吉林延龄草和延龄草,其药用主要在土家族、苗族、藏族等民族中应用较多。从延龄草属植物中已分离得到近70种化合物,主要特征化学成分为甾体皂苷、黄酮类、倍半萜类和苯丙素等类型化合物。延龄草多为民间习用,对其常用处方进行整理,并使用中医辅助传统系统分析其组方用药规律,挖掘得到“延龄草-天麻”、“延龄草-独活”和“延龄草-青木香”、“延龄草-青木香-独活”四组核心配伍组合,以期为延龄草的研究与综合开发利用奠定基础。

Abstract: Trillium L. is a herbaceous plant in China, locally known as ‘Yan Ling Cao’, meaning that it is a herb that can prolong human life. Its dried roots and rhizomes are used as a folk medicine for the treatment of hypertension, dizziness,neurasthenia, waist–leg pain, traumatic haemorrhage. Phytochemical examinations revealed that it contains a large number of steroidal saponins, and over 50 saponins including diosgenyl, pennogenyl, protodiosgenyl, kryptgenin and trillenogenin saponins have been isolated . This paper summarized the prescription of Trillium L. and analyzed the herbal prescription rule. Four groups of prescription of Trillium L. were obtained, we hope can lay the foundation for the research and comprehensive exploitation and utilization of Trillium L.
