摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：分析骨伤科中成药不良反应（ADR）的发生规律及特点，为合理用药提供参考。方法：基于《中华人民共和国药典》2015年版骨伤科所载中成药，检索相关数据库收载的不良反应文献进行分析。结果：55例患者共涉及21个品种，口服17种，外用4种。ADR表现较严重，应给予足够的重视。结论：临床应合理用药，加强监测和安全性研究，规避风险。

Abstract: Objective：To investigate the features and regularity of adverse drug reaction（ADR） of Chinese patent orthopedic medicines， and to provide reference in clinic for rational use.Methods：To check out the ADR case reports of Chinese patent orthopedic medicines in the data-bases in China based on "Chinese Pharmacopoeia"(2015 Edition).Results：55 cases were discovered，21 drug varieties involved 17 oral and 4 topical. The performance of ADR was serious，should be given enough attention.Conclusion： Clinical drug using should be reasonable， and pay attention to the monitoring and security research，in order to reduce drug safety hazards.
