Abstract: With the development of Internet and information technology， the data resources are accumulated day by day， and the value of data and data management becomes more and more important. Data center as the main department and carrier of data management and application， more and more attention has been received. This paper analyzed the current situation and development trend of data center in food and drug administration， developed how to strengthen the data center， promote the use of data analysis in food and drug administration， in order to provide reference for related work.
