布地奈德气雾剂、阿奇霉素注射液联合硫酸特布他林 雾化液治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床疗效

Clinical effects of budesonide, azithromycin combined with terbutaline in the treatment of Pediatric acute bronchitis

摘要: 目的:观察布地奈德气雾剂、阿奇霉素注射液联合硫酸特布他林雾化液治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例急性支气管炎患儿采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,两组患儿均给予补充电解质、止咳平喘、解痉、营养支持等常规治疗。在此基础上,对照组给予阿奇霉素注射液10.0 mg?kg-1 5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL,静脉滴注1 h,每日1次;取硫酸特布他林雾化液2 mg 0.9%氯化钠注射液2 mL,雾化吸入,每次15 min,每日2次。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上雾化吸入布地奈德气雾剂1.0 mg,每次10 min,每日3次。两组疗程均为10 d。观察两组患儿的临床疗效,治疗前后,临床症状消失时间及住院时间。结果:观察组患儿咳嗽消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、呕吐消失时间、肺部干湿罗音消失时间、住院时间缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(96.00%)优于对照组有效率(84.00%),且存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用布地奈德气雾剂、阿奇霉素注射液联合硫酸特布他林雾化液治疗小儿急性支气管炎,临床效果显著,可为临床治疗小儿急性支气管炎提供借鉴和参考。 [关键词] [中图分类号][文献标识码]A[文章编号]2095-3593(2017)02-0112-03 Clinical Effects of Budesonide,Azithromycin Injection Combined with Terbutaline Sulphate Solution for Nebulization in the Treatment of Pediatric Acute BronchitisCHEN Shumin (Department of Pediatrics, Liwan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Guangdong Guangzhou 510375, China)

Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effects of budesonide, azithromycin injection combined with terbutaline sulphate solution for nebulization in the treatment of pediatric acute bronchitis. Methods: 100 patients with infantile acute bronchitis were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.All pediatric acute bronchitis were given electrolyte supplement, cough and asthma, spasmolysis, nutritional support and other conventional treatment. Based on it.The control group was given azithromycin injection 10 mg?kg-1, dissolved into the glucose injection 250 mL, intravenous infusion of 1 h, once a day. Take 2 mg terbutaline sulphate solution of nebulization, dissolve into the sodium chloride injection 2 mL, atomization inhalation, every time 15 min, twice a day. Observation group was additionally given 1 mg inhalation of budesonide aerosol,10 min each time, 3 times a day.Two groups were treated for 10 d. Results: Children of observation group the cough disappeared time, temperature recovery time,vomit disappearance time, and the disappearance of lung dry and wet rales and shortening of the hospitalization time, had a statistically significant difference respectively (P<0.05). The effective rate of the observation group (96.00%) was better than that of the control group (84.00%), and there were differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effects of budesonide, azithromycin injection combined with terbutaline in the treatment of pediatric acute bronchitis were remarkable, and it was worth further promotion.
