摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【】目的：探讨PCI术后患者服用氯吡格雷的依从性及其影响因素。方法:选取2015年5月至10月在某三甲医院成功实施PCI术后6个月服用氯吡格雷的患者91例。采取电话随访的方式进行调查,评估患者术后6个月服用氯吡格雷药物的依从性及其影响因素。所得数据均采用SPSS18.0统计软件进行统计学处理。结果:在本次对91例PCI术后患者服用氯吡格雷依从性调查显示：有55例(60.4%)患者术后氯吡格雷依从性良好,有36例(39.4%)患者依从性差；在对影响患者服用氯吡格雷依从性相关因素的分析中显示：PCI术后患者性别(P=0.131)与依从性无显著相关性；PCI术后患者年龄(P=0.002),合并疾病(P=0.000),医疗付费方式(P=0.000)与患者服用氯吡格雷依从性有相关性。结论：PCI术后患者服用氯吡格雷依从性还有待提高；服用氯吡格雷药物依从性与患者的性别无关,而与患者的年龄、合并疾病、医疗付费方式有相关性。

Abstract: 【】Objective：Discussion on patients taking clopidogrel after PCI compliance and its influencing factors. Methods: Selected in May 2015 to 10 months in the successful implementation of a hospital six months after PCI patients taking clopidogrel 91 cases. Take telephone follow-up manner investigate, assess patients after 6 months of clopidogrel medication compliance and its influencing factors. The resulting data are used SPSS18 0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Result: 55 patients (60.4%) patients after clopidogrel good compliance, 36 cases (39.4%) patients with poor compliance; It is displayed in the analysis of the impact of patients taking clopidogrel compliance related factors in: PCI patients gender (P = 0.131) and compliance no significant correlation; PCI patients Age (P = 0.002), comorbidities (P = 0.000), medical payment (P = 0.000) and patients taking clopidogrel compliance correlated. Conclusion: Patients taking clopidogrel after PCI compliance needs to be improved; Clopidogrel medication compliance regardless of sex, but not with age, comorbidities, medical payment correlated.
