摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：分析我院2014年1月至2016年12月丙戊酸钠血药浓度监测结果，旨在为临床合理用药提供依据。方法：采用均相酶放大免疫分析法对我院277例口服丙戊酸钠的患者进行血药浓度测定并进行结果分析。结果：277例丙戊酸钠血药浓度监测中，血药浓度＜50 μg?mL-1的占47.29%，在50~100 μg?mL-1的占44.76%，＞100 μg?mL-1的占7.95%。丙戊酸钠血药浓度与年龄相关（P＜0.05），与性别无相关性（P＞0.05）。结论：丙戊酸钠血药浓度个体差异大，应重视丙戊酸钠血药浓度监测，结合临床疗效等综合因素，及时调整给药方案，做到安全、有效用药。

Abstract: Objective： Analyze the monitoring results of Valproic Acid from January，2014 to December，2016 in our hospital in order to provide scientific basis for the clinical rational drug use. Methods： The serum concentrations of valproic acid were determined by homogeneous enzyme immune method and the results of 277 cases in our hospital were analyzed．Results： Among the serum concentrations of valproic acid in 277 cases，47.29% were lower than 50 μg?mL-1， 44.76% were between 50 μg?mL-1 to 100 μg?mL-1， 7.95% were higher than 100 μg?mL-1.The impact of age on the serum concentrations of valproic acid had statistical differences（P＜0.05），while the impact of sex on the serum concentrations of valproic acid had no statistical differences（P＞0.05）. Conclusion： The serum concentration of Valproic Acid may vary widely in different patients， we should pay attention to the serum concentration monitoring of Valproic Acid and consider clinical effect and other factors together and adjust the drug scheme immediately to insure rational drug use and safety.
