摘要: 目的:建立微波消解-AFS法测定蛴螬中砷的含量。方法:采用微波消解进行样品处理,原子荧光法测定蛴螬中砷的含量。结果:砷在0~50.0 μg·L-1的范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.999 7);平均回收率为94.6%(RSD=1.91%)。结论:建立的微波消解-AFS方法简单、准确、重现性好,可为控制蛴螬中砷的含量测定提供参考。
Abstract: To establish Microwave digestion-AFS method for determination of arsenic in Holotrichia diomphalia larvae. Methods: The sample was digested by microwave and the content of arsenic in Holotrichia diomphalia larvae was determined by AFS. Results: The linear range of arsenic was 0-50.0 μg·L-1.The linear equations of arsenic was in good linear range (r=0.999 7). The average recovery of arsenic was 94.6% (RSD=1.91%). Conclusion: The method of Microwave digestion-AFS is simple, accurate and reproducible,and it can be used to reference for the determination of arsenic content in the control Holotrichia diomphalia larvae.
