证据图检索实施情况与证据总结方法调查分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 分析证据图的检索实施情况与证据总结方法。方法：通过检索外文数据库获得证据图的研究，按照纳入排除标准筛选，设计资料提取表提取证据图检索和结果呈现，用Comprehensive Meta Analysis 2.0软件对数据进行分析。结果：检索频率最高的数据库依次为PubMed、EMBASE和PsychINFO，79.7%全文和66.7%计划书报告了检索日期，92.8%全文和100.0%计划书提供了检索词，49.3%全文和66.7%计划书报告了检索式，63.8%全文和66.73%计划书实施了补充检索；83.9%全文和58.3%计划书描述了纳入研究的类型，30.4%全文和83.3%计划书报告了数据分析软件；其中，69篇、54篇和40篇证据图全文分别采用文字描述、表格和图形对证据进行总结，只有24篇证据图全文同时采用文字描述、表格和图形总结证据。结论：目前证据图研究对数据库检索和证据总结形式仍不全面。建议今后证据图研究者应完善检索策略和证据总结的形式。

Abstract: Objective： To analyze the retrieval status and evidence synthesis methods of evidence mapping(EM). Methods：We systematically searched major databases， and included all available study of evidence mapping in the world， and extracted the related information of retrieval status and evidence synthesis methods， and the related data were analyzed by the Comprehensive Meta Analysis 2.0 software. Results：The most commonly retrieved databases were PubMed， EMBASE and PsychINFO， 79.7% full text and 66.7% protocol of EMs reported the search time， 92.8% full text and 100.0% protocol of EMs reported the search terms， 49.3% full text and 66.7% protocol of EMs reported the search strategy，63.8% full text and 66.7% protocol of EMs performed the additional search， 83.9% full text and 58.3% protocol of EMs reported the type of study，30.4% full text and 83.3% protocol of EMs reported the statistical software. 69 EMs，54 EMs and 40 EMs summarized the evidence by the words， table and figure respectively， only 24 EMs summarized the evidence by the words， table and figure. Conclusion：There are enough room for retrieval status and evidence synthesis methods of EMs， in the future， the researcher should improve the aspect of the search strategy and the form of evidence synthesis.
