摘要： 目的：分析我院老年患者抗抑郁药物的使用情况，为提高患者生活质量和合理用药提供参考。方法：选取我院2018年使用抗抑郁药物的老年患者病历300例，分别对患者一般资料、患者科室分布、原患疾病情况、合并用药等进行分析。结果：我院抗抑郁药物的使用基本合理，但临床上可能存在老年抑郁症患者诊疗率过低，重症抑郁患者治疗力度不够的情况。结论：临床药师需要配合医师促进抗抑郁药物的合理使用，进一步规范药学服务，为应用抗抑郁药的老年患者提供安全保障。

Abstract: Objective： To analyze the use of antidepressants in elderly patients， so as to provide reference for improving the quality of life of patients and rational drug use. Methods： 300 elderly patients with antidepressants admitted to hospital in 2018 were selected and their general data， department， distribution of concomitant diseases and combined use of antidepressants were analyzed. Results： The use of antidepressants is basically reasonable， but there may be a situation that the diagnosis rate of senile depression patients is too low and the treatment of severe depression patients is not enough. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists need to cooperate with physicians to promote the rational use of drugs， further standardize pharmaceutical care， and provide security for elderly patients with antidepressants.
