摘要: 目的:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS法),对小茴香中的金属元素进行分析检测,找出小茴香中与抗肿瘤功效相关的金属元素,初步探究其抗癌机制,为研究小茴香药材及其合理利用奠定基础。方法:通过微波消解和电感耦合等离子体质谱法,采用半定量和定量分析模式,开展小茴香中金属元素定性及定量分析研究,找出与抗癌机制的相关元素,初步探究小茴香抗癌的作用机制。结果:小茴香中Na、Mg、Ca、Fe、Zn、Mn、Ba等金属元素含量较高,初步确定小茴香的抗癌机制与这些金属元素有关。结论:该研究从金属组学角度为开展小茴香抗癌作用机制研究奠定基础。

Abstract: Objective: Using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry to analyze the detection of metallic elements in foeniculi fructus, and to identify the anti-tumor effects of the metal elements in foeniculi fructus, initially to explore the anti-tumor mechanism of foeniculi fructus for its rational use. Methods: By microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, using semi-quantitative and quantitative analysis model, to carry out the metal element in foeniculi fructus qualitative and quantitative analysis of the research to identify the elements associated with anti-tumor mechanisms, preliminary inquiry foeniculi fructus′ antitumor mechanism. Results: The results showed that foeniculi fructus contains a higher content of Na, Mg, Ca, Fe, Zn, Mn, Ba metal elements initially identified through literature research, foeniculi fructus' anti-tumor mechanism of Na, Mg, Ca,Fe, Zn, Mn and other metals. Conclusion: The group from the metal point of view to lay the foundation for carrying out the mechanism of the anti-tumor effects of foeniculi fructus.
