Abstract: Evidence-based pharmacy is pharmacy practice based on the current evidence; at the same time, evidence-based pharmacy and the practice foundation is the current best evidence, pharmaceutical clinical practice experience, patient’s value, and the specific clinical environment and conditions. The procedure of evidence-based pharmacy clinical practice includes asking question, researching the related evidence, assessing the included evidence, applying the best evidence in clinical practice and re-assessing the effectiveness. An example is used to show the procedure of evidence-based pharmacy practice. At last, the opportunities and challenges of evidence-based pharmacy is also introduced in this article.
