基于药物分类和靶器官的有毒中药不良反应的文献研究

The Literature Research on the Adverse Reaction of Toxic Chinese Medicine Based on the Drug Classification and Target Organ

摘要: 目的:通过文献检索,分析常用有毒中药不良反应发生的靶器官和发生频率,为临床不良反应有效监测提供文献数据支持。方法:收集和分析有毒中药不良反应报道文献;按中药类别对药典记载的有毒中药易发生不良反应的靶器官进行整理和分析。结果:根据文献报道分析,有毒中药不良反应易发生靶器官包括胃肠道、心脏、肝脏、肾脏、脑、口舌、眼、肺、脾、睾丸、卵巢,其发生频率为:胃肠道30%、心脏21%、肝脏12%、肾脏11%、脑7%、口舌7%、眼5%、肺4%、脾2%、睾丸0.7%、卵巢0.3%。结论:有毒中药发生不良反应的原因是多方面的,是多种因素综合作用的结果。明晰不良反应发生的原因、特点以及易发生靶器官,能有效地规避不良反应的发生,为安全使用有毒中药提供重要保障。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the target organ and occurrencing frequency of the adverse reactions of commonly used toxic traditional Chinese medicine by retrieving literature, and provide documentary data for monitoring effectively the clinical adverse reactions. Methods: The reports and literatures of the adverse reactions of toxic traditional Chinese medicine were searched and analyzed. The target organ of toxic traditional Chinese medicine, which Chinese Pharmacopoeia records, were analyzed and collected according to category of the traditional Chinese medicine. Results: The target organ of the adverse reactions of toxic traditional Chinese medicine include gastrointestional tract, heart, liver, kidney, brain, eye, lungs, spleen, testis, ovary etc, the occurrencing frequency of which, is 30%, 21%,12%,11%,7%,7%,5%,4%,2%,0.7%,0.3%. Conclusion: It has various reasons that toxic traditional Chinese medicine has adverse reactions, and the adverse reactions is the result of multi-factor interacting. The adverse reactions could be avoided efficaciously, and the toxic traditional Chinese medicine’s safe usage could be insured by determining the reasons, characteristics and incident target organs of adverse reactions.
