Abstract: Objective： To analyze the adverse reactions of invert sugar injection in clinical characteristics and provide rational and safety drug using and nursing in clinic as references. Methods： In national monitoring system of adverse drug reactions， we searched 44 reports about adverse reactions of invert sugar injection in our city from 2007 to 2014.We used retrospective analysis to statistically analyze adverse reactions of invert sugar injection in gender， age， drug variety and the reasons， the years， what happened when the drug being used， the types and which organs were related to the adverse reactions. Results： There are 26 male patients (59.09%) and 18 female patients (40.91%) of the 44 reports. Adverse reactions involved in multiple organs， systems， complicated and varied clinical manifestations， which mainly damaged the vascular system (31.58%) and then caused systemic damage. But there is no any warning in the instructions. So these adverse reactions may act as new ones. Conclusion： It is important to pay attention to the damages of invert sugar injection in vein， prevent serious adverse reactions from happening， complete instructions and ensure safety drug using in clinic.
