Abstract: Objective： To analyze the status of research on Zhuang medicine by bibliometrics analysis.Methods： Chinese Biomedical Literature Database was all systematically retrieved，and all available Chinese articles on Zhuang medicine were included for analyzing.The related software was used to extract the information of author，province，year of publication，journal name，and research content.SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the frequency and percentage.Results： 402 studies were included， the number of papers on Zhuang medicine were increased after 2004，and reached the maximum in 2013.More and more researchers took participate in the research on Zhuang medicine，but only litter researchers insist on study. About 399 kinds of Zhuang medicine were researched，but few outstanding.Conclusion： In recent years，the research of Zhuang medicine has made certain achievements，mainly manifested in the Zhuang medicine quality standard， analysis and identification，but clinical application research is not enough. We hope more and more researchers involved in the research of Zhuang medicine，with the help of related policy，the number of papers of Zhuang medicine will maintain the certain level，high quality of clinical trials of Zhuang medicine will be published，more and more people will know Zhuang medicine in overseas.
