Abstract: Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Sibutramine Trimetazidine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure in rheumatic heart disease. Methods： 100 cases of rheumatic heart disease with chronic heart failure were selected in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 according to the random number method， were randomly divided control group and observation group， and each group had 50 cases. The control group was given conventional anti heart failure treatment， on basis of the control group， the observation group were treatment with Sibutramine Trimetazidine combined with metoprolol， the clinical effects of LVESD、LVEDD、left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and heart rate (HR) before and after treatment were observed. Changes in blood lipid before and after treatment， and compared between the two groups. Results：The efficacies in the control and observation groups were 70% and 92%， respectively， and there were differences between the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment， the LVESD， LVEDD， HR of the two groups were decreased， but the degree of decline was more obvious in the observation group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion： Sibutramine Trimetazidine combined with metoprolol has the good clinical effect in treatment of chronic heart failure in rheumatic heart disease，and can improve cardiac function in a large extent.
