Abstract: 【Abstract】Objective：A near infrared (NIR) consistency model of pseudo-ginseng dysmenorrhea capsule of yunnan Baiyao is established by near infrared spectroscopic methodology. The model can identify other pseudo-ginseng dysmenorrhea capsule from different manufacturers and counterfeit drugs. Methods：the spectrum is collected by Fuliye near infrared spectrometer and measured through the alumimum-plastic. Yunnan baiyao group incorporated corporation provided 60 batches of proprietary as the standard sample to establish consistency model, and the NIR spectra of other 4 manufacturers and the 1 batches of counterfeit drugs as validation. Conclusion：Near-infrared spectral analysis method can identify pseudo-ginseng dysmenorrhea capsule of different manufacturers directly and losslessly, and also can be used for rapid identification of counterfeit drugs.
