摘要: 目的:建立ICP-MS(电感耦合等离子体质谱)法测定7种常用儿童用药中4种重金属元素(Pb、Cd、As、Hg)残留情况。方法:以HNO3-H2O2为消解酸体系,用微波消解法进行样品前处理,以Re、Rh为内标,通过ICP-MS法同时测定样品中Pb、Cd、As、Hg的量。结果:10批样品中Pb、As易检出,Cd、Hg较少检出;散剂中4种元素均检出,且含量较高。结论:所建方法准确、灵敏、简便,可用于儿童用药中重金属元素的定量检测。

Abstract: Objective: To establish ICP-MS method for the determination of 4 kinds of metal elements in 7 common pediatric drugs. Methods: HNO3 and H2O2 was used as acid digestion system, samples were conducted pretreatment by microwave digestion instrument; Re and Rh were used as internal standard elements, 4 kinds of elements were determined by ICP-MS at the same time. Results: Pb and As are easy to be detected, Cd and Hg are less to be detected. 4 elements were detected in Powder, and the content is higher. Conclusion: This method is simple, has good accuracy and high precision, it can be recommended for the determination of metal elements in pediatric drugs and provide the reference for its quality control.
