摘要: 目的:对新复方芦荟胶囊中测定芦荟苷含量时存在的问题进行研究并提出建议。方法:采用HPLC-MS/MS法测定芦荟苷,对所遇到的问题进行研究分析。结果:芦荟苷是光学异构体芦荟苷A和芦荟苷B的总和,而按标准所测的芦荟苷含量只是芦荟苷A的含量,有可能导致含量不合格的情况出现。结论:建议对新复方芦荟胶囊中芦荟苷测定方法进行进一步的研究,从而完善质量标准。

Abstract: Objective:To solve the problems in the determination of Barbaloin in new compound Aloe capsules, we put forward some suggestions. Methods: Barbaloin was determined by HPLC-MS/MS, and we also analyzed the problems encountered. Results: Barbaloin is the sum of Barbaloin A and Barbaloin B in optical isomers, but the content of Barbaloin as measured by the standard is only the content of Barbaloin A, which may lead to the occurrence of unqualified content. Conclusion: It is suggested to further study the determination method of Barbaloin in new compound Aloe capsules to improve the quality standard.
