Abstract: Objective：To establish the character and qualitative identification methods of Vitis amurensis Rupr.and provide reference for its true and false. Methods： The methods of identification， microscopic and TLC identification were employed. Results： Vitis amurensis Rupr. are long cylindrical， micro gas， light. On the transverse section， the calcium oxalate raphides and cluster crystals are visible under the microscope. TLC was used to identify resveratrol in Vitis amurensis Rupr. Conclusion： The characteristics of Vitis amurensis Rupr.， microscopic and TLC identificat ion can be used as the basis for the identification of true and false and the standard of quality control.
