摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的评价国内不同企业生产的泮托拉唑钠肠溶制剂的质量现状及存在问题。方法采用法定检验方法和探索性研究进行样品检验，统计分析国产泮托拉唑钠肠溶制剂的质量现状并进行评价。探索性的考察样品的有关物质、溶出度和含量。结果按照法定检验方法检验285批样品，合格率为97.9%，6批不合格样品为泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊，不合格项目均为溶出度。探索性研究显示，不合格批次数为11批，不合格样品为泮托拉唑钠肠溶片，不合格项目为溶出度。结论目前国产泮托拉唑钠制剂的产品质量基本能符合现行标准的要求，但现行标准存在缺陷，需进一步完善。

Abstract: Objective： To evaluate the suitability of statutory standard and the quality status of the Pantoprazole sodium preparations of different domestic manufactures. Methods：Statutory testing methods combining with the exploratory studies were used to examine samples， and the quality status of Pantoprazole sodium preparations was evaluated by statistical analysis of the results. The related substances， dissolution and assay were inspected exploratively. Results：Totally 285 batches of samples were tested by the statutory testing methods. The qualified rate was 97.9%， and the six batches of unqualified samples were Pantoprazole sodium Enteric-Coated Capsules with unqualified dissolution. The exploratory research shows 11 batches of unqualified samples were Pantoprazole sodium Enteric-Coated Tablets with unqualified dissolution. Conclusion：At present， the quality of Pantoprazole sodium preparations meets the requirement of the current statutory standard. And the current statutory standard should be further improved.
