摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：对单个病例数据Meta分析（individual patient data meta analysis，IPDMA)的研究主题进行分析，以期为IPDMA研究主题选择提供借鉴。方法：检索Web of Sciece获取英文IPDMA的关键词信息，利用VOSviewer软件提取关键词，并生成高频关键词的密度图和聚类图，同时采用CiteSpace软件生成关键词爆发年份趋势图。结果：552篇IPDMA研究共有993个具有实质意义的关键词，对关键词聚类分析得到4个研究主题，主要聚焦在心脑血管疾病、肿瘤和抑郁症。结论： IPDMA研究主题相对比较集中，这为IPDMA研究的开展提供了空间。

Abstract: Objective： To analysis the research subject of the individual patient data (IPD) meta-analysis (IPDMA) research， in order to provide reference for selecting the research topic of IPDMA for the researchers. Methods： The keywords of IPDMAs were obtained by searching Web of Science.VOSviewer software was used to extract the keywords and conduct cluster analysis while constructing network map for high frequency keywords. At the same time the CiteSpace software was used to detect keywords with citation burst. Results：There were 993 keywords， which came from the 552 IPDMAs， four research topics were obtained by cluster analysis of the high frequency keywords， which focused on the cardio-cerebrovascular disease cancer and depress. Conclusion： The research topic of IPDMA is relatively concentrated， which offers enough space for the researchers.
