炒蛴螬的工艺及质量标准研究

摘要: 目的:建立炒蛴螬药材的工艺及质量标准研究。方法:用清炒法,制定炒蛴螬药材最佳的生产工艺。采用显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别及含量测定方法,控制其质量标准。结果:经验证,实验确定的炒蛴螬药材工艺重现性好、生产工艺稳定,所制定的质量标准测定结果重现性好。结论:本实验炒蛴螬工艺可行,制定的质量控制方法可用于炒蛴螬的质量控制。

Abstract: Objective: Research on production process and quality standards of Holotrichia diomphalia larvae tostum. Methods: Adopt the method of scrambled Holotrichia diomphalia larvae to make the best production technology. Microscopic identification, TLC identification and content determination were used to control the quality standards. Results:The confirmed process of scrambled Holotrichia diomphalia larvaes have good reproducibility and stable production process. The result of quality standard determination have a good reproducibility. Conclusion: Production process show that the method was feasible, and the quality control method developed can provide a basis for comprehensive evaluation the quality of Holotrichia diomphalia larvae tostum.
