我国“看病难”问题研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 改革开放以来，我国经济社会的飞速发展、人民生活质量的不断提高以及人口老龄化和疾病谱的变化，使得人们对医疗服务资源的需求急剧增长，而医疗服务资源供给无论是总量还是结构都难以满足医疗服务资源需求。医疗服务资源供给与需求之间的突出矛盾，使得我国“看病难”问题更加严峻。为了解决这一难题，国内外学者进行了大量理论与实证方面的研究，这些研究为进一步全面认识和探讨“看病难”问题提供了理论基础、方法借鉴和经验启示。本文从我国医疗服务领域“看病难”现实出发，对目前“看病难”的研究现状作一综述，探讨我国医疗卫生体系改革急需解决的难题。

Abstract: “Difficult to see a doctor” is an urgent problem to be solved in the reform of China′s medical and health system. Since the reform and opening up， the rapid development of China′s economy and society， the continuous improvement of people′s quality of life， and the aging of the population and the changes in disease spectrum have led to a sharp increase in the demand for medical service resources， both in terms of total volume and structure. It is difficult to meet the needs of medical service resources. The prominent contradiction between the supply and demand of medical service resources has made China′s “difficult to see a doctor” problem more serious. In order to solve this problem， domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a large number of theoretical and empirical research， which provide theoretical basis， methodological reference and experience enlightenment for further comprehensive understanding and discussion of “difficult to see a doctor”. This paper combines the research status of “difficult to see a doctor” at home and abroad， starting from the reality of “difficult to see a doctor” in the field of medical services in China， and reviews the current research status of “difficult to see a doctor”.
